Looking set for cold weather

I have been out with Archie (we have four boys and Archie is the second oldest) this morning for a walk on the Carneddau. Kate dropped us off just outside the village of Rowen in the Conwy valley and she and the other boys walked with us for a short way before taking the little ones back home. Archie and I joined the North Wales Path which we followed back home to Llanfairfechan. This is a lovely route that takes in some stone circles, some smaller hills and today gave us some stunning views across to the Isle of Man and South towards the snow capped peaks of the National Park. The snow level here is down to about 600m and it looks set to be a wintery few days ahead with blizzards and cold temperatures forecast. I am out on the hill tomorrow so will report back more then.
