It has been another stunning day in Snowdonia. I am running a 5 day classic scrambles and a 2 day intro to scrambling for the first two days of the week and was joined on the hills today by Richard, Tracy, David, Annabelle, Tom and Mags. We headed up onto Glyder Fawr via the Gribin Ridge and descended the devils kitchen. We looked at movement skills, avoiding getting stuck, risk assessment, route finding and emergency ropework under crystal clear blue skies and a beating sun. It was 27c in Capel Curig this afternoon! Start of the strawberry milkshake season for me!
