Climbing by the Sea

Rob & Beckys climbing apprenticeship moved onto sea cliffs today as we headed to Rhoscolyn. The day kicked off with the two of them organising the abseil in and then leading Symphony Crack (Diff) in two pitches. Becky seemed to really enjoy it, the hand signals shown in the photos were a wave of thanks, I think :-)

We then moved onto something a bit steeper with me leading them up Truant (Vs4c) to give a suitable finale to their four days of climbing.

I then hooked with Twid, a friend of mine that I hadn't seen since the winter, to make tea whilst he finished some DIY and then climbed The Sun (E3 5c), again at Rhoscolyn. A lovely day of laughter by the sea!
